All state payments can now be received on a single Diia.Card — Government decision

31/07/2025

All state payments can now be received on a single digital card without the need to open additional ones. Previously, separate cards were required for programs like "eSupport", "eBaby" and other initiatives. The corresponding decision was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Diia.Card is a multi-account that you can quickly and conveniently open through your bank via the Diia app. The card will receive both targeted and non-targeted state payments, and can also store personal funds.

Specifically, pensions, IDP living allowances, assistance from international organizations, and payments under programs like "eBaby" and "Schoolchild Package" will be credited through Diia.Card. The latter initiative will launch soon — assistance to parents of future first-graders will be transferred directly to the newly registered Diia.Card.

Important: special Diia.Card accounts are intended for using funds exclusively for designated state support programs. When paying from a specific special account, funds will be deducted through technical settings based on a 4-digit merchant category code (MCC).

The launch of Diia.Card will be announced separately — after the launch, the card can be issued through Diia by confirming the operation in the app of authorized partner banks. If your bank provides this option, you can also order a plastic card.

The service will be available to all adult Ukrainian citizens who have a taxpayer registration number (TIN).
