You can now submit a request for an extract from the Unified Register of Persons Missing under Special Circumstances online

It is now possible to submit a request for an extract from the Unified Register of Persons Missing under Special Circumstances online — the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has digitized the service. This has reduced the application process to just a few minutes and allows for faster results.

Previously, this required submitting a paper application or contacting the service via email. Now, to submit a request, it is enough to visit the online portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs — without paperwork or unnecessary waiting.

How it works:

• Log in to the Unified Citizen Portal using a qualified electronic signature (QES), BankID, or Diia.Signature;
• Select the relevant service — "Request for an extract from the Unified Register of Persons Missing under Special Circumstances";
• Enter information about yourself and the missing person;
• Sign the application with an electronic signature.

In your personal account, you can track the status of your request, and the extract itself will be available for download at any time.
