All social assistance payments will be made on time – within the deadlines established by law.

Starting July 1, the administration of social payments funded by the state has been transferred to the Pension Fund of Ukraine – previously, these functions were carried out by social protection authorities. The transfer was implemented in accordance with three resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (No. 695, 765, 766).

We emphasize that during the transfer of functions, the Government clearly defined deadlines for each stage: when payment lists must be prepared and when the payments themselves must be made.

In particular, according to Government Resolution No. 695, which regulates the payment of state social assistance to individuals not eligible for pensions and persons with disabilities, as well as state care assistance, state social assistance to persons with childhood disabilities, and children with disabilities, the Pension Fund calculates the amounts of social assistance by the 8th of each month and forms the budget requirement for these payments.

After this:

1. The Pension Fund submits the budget requirement to the Ministry of Social Policy within two days.

2. The Ministry of Social Policy, in turn, forwards the documents to the State Treasury Service.

3. The Treasury transfers the funds to the accounts of the Pension Fund within several days for further disbursement to recipients.

We stress that all stages of the process are carried out strictly in accordance with the deadlines set by regulatory frameworks.

As of July 8, the Pension Fund has already submitted requests for funding, and the Ministry of Social Policy has already allocated the funds. Thus, in the coming days, the State Treasury will transfer the money to the Pension Fund's accounts for further distribution to recipients.

This means that by the end of the week, all recipients of disability assistance and children with disabilities should receive their funds in their accounts.

Recipients of other state social payments can also be assured – payments will be made on time in accordance with the specified resolutions. The Pension Fund is currently taking all necessary measures to ensure the disbursement of payments.

Therefore, there is no reason for concern:

• The state budget has allocated sufficient funds.
• Documentation is being submitted on time.
• All authorities are operating within the Government-approved regulations.
