The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has appointed Denys Uliutin as the Minister of Social Policy, Family, and Unity of Ukraine

On July 17, 2025, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supported the new composition of the Government presented by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko.

Denys Uliutin has been appointed as the Minister of Social Policy, Family, and Unity of Ukraine.

Denys Uliutin has over 20 years of experience in public administration and finance. By profession, he is a Master of Finance, a graduate of the National Academy of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.

He began his professional career at the State Tax Administration. He worked in the Office of the Prime Minister of Ukraine, the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers, and from 2020 to 2025, he held the position of First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine.

In his role at the Ministry of Finance, he coordinated key areas of public financial management reform, including the introduction of medium-term budget planning, the development of a verification system for state social payments, and the improvement of public investment management. He was actively involved in the European integration process, particularly in technical discussions with the European Commission in the field of public finances.
