Ihor Vishtak Was Appointed State Secretary of the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine

On September 25, the Cabinet of Ministers appointed Ihor Vishtak State Secretary of the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine.
In 2008, Ihor Vishtak graduated from Uman National University of Horticulture with a degree in “Economics and Law”. In 2019, he earned a law degree from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
In 2008, he began his career as an accountant at Kyshchentsi LLC in the Cherkasy region.
From 2010 to 2018, he served as the village head of Kyshchentsi and later held the position of Head of the Mankivka District State Administration. For the following two years, he headed the private enterprise Perlyna Tikycha.
In 2020, he was appointed Head of the Main Department of the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre (StateGeoCadastre) in the Cherkasy region.
Since 2021, he has worked as Director of the Department of Agrarian Development at the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
On September 25, 2025, he was appointed State Secretary of the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
