The structure of the Ministry of Social Policy is made of five departments, five directorates, four divisions, and eight units.

Owing to this structure, the Ministry ensures the holistic approach to social protection, supports vulnerable social groups, and monitors implementation of social programmes. The Ministry works actively to enhance the legislation, to facilitate development of social services, and to interact with international partners.
