Ilona Havronska
Deputy Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine for European Integration
Ilona Havronska holds a degree in international and European law. She graduated from the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Ukrainian State University of Finance and International Trade. She also earned a Master’s degree in EU Law and Security from Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar” (Bulgaria).
Her professional career began in 2012 as an international lawyer in the business sector. She later held positions as a State Expert at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, where she was responsible for coordinating international assistance, strategic planning, and strengthening the institutional capacity of the Ministry. She also served as Head of the Strategic Planning Expert Group at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. Since 2018, she has been a certified independent auditor.
From 2023 to 2025, Ms. Havronska worked at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine, managing projects on building the capacity of government institutions in the areas of digitalization, coordination of international technical assistance, and strategic planning.
In March 2025, she was appointed Deputy Minister of National Unity of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation, and Digitalization.
On 25 September 2025, she was appointed Deputy Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine for European Integration.
