Volodymyr Andriiovych Vasylenko
Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine
Born on September 25, 1990, in Kyiv.
In 2013, he obtained a master’s degree in International Economics from Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University.
He began his professional career in 2011 as a Manager of Foreign Economic Activity at LLC "Region."
From 2013 to 2014, he worked as a Specialist in the Department of Financial Investigations at the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine.
Between 2014 and 2015, he served as Deputy Director of PE "Pegas-Trans."
From 2015 to 2017, he was a Specialist in the Financial Operations Monitoring Department of the Compliance Division at JSC "Ukrsoсbank."
From 2017 to 2023, he held several positions at the National Agency of Ukraine for Asset Tracing and Management, including: Specialist of the Second Department, Asset Tracing and Recovery Directorate; Head of the Second Department, Asset Tracing and Recovery Directorate; Head of the Asset Tracing and Recovery Directorate.
From 2023 to 2025, he was Deputy Head of the Poltava Regional State Administration, where he oversaw, among other areas, support for veterans, people with disabilities, and other social policies.
Since February 2025, he has been Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine, responsible for accessibility initiatives and support for people with disabilities.
