Shemelynets Liudmyla

First Deputy Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine

In 2005, Liudmyla Shemelynets graduated from the National University of State Tax Service of Ukraine with a law degree.

From November 2006 to April 2007, she worked as a legal consultant.

From October 2014 to September 2019, she served as Head and Deputy head of the legal service of the State Land Agency.

From October 2014 to September 2019, Liudmyla Shemelynets was First Deputy Head of the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre.

From October 14, 2022, Liudmyla Shemelynets held the position of Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.

On July 25, 2025, she was appointed to the position of First Deputy Minister of Social Policy, Family, and Unity of Ukraine by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
