First Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine

Born on July 9, 1984

  • Graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (received the qualification "Master of History") and "Kyiv School of Economics" (received the qualification "Master of Public Policy and Governance").
  • From 2006 to 2013, she worked in the field of financial journalism and communications - correspondent, columnist, editor of "Investgazeta"; editor of the Forbes.ua website (responsible for the direction of "public finance"); advisor on communications to the Minister of Finance Natalia Yaresko, director of communications and relations with state authorities of JSC "Ukrposhta".
  • During 2017-2019 was an advisor to the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Oleksandr Sayenko on public administration reform and an expert of the project “Support to Comprehensive Public Administration Reform in Ukraine” (EU4PAR), as well as a consultant to the World Bank, within the framework of the project on the implementation of land reform in Ukraine.
  • After that, she held the position of First Deputy Director of the State Enterprise “Prozorro.Sales”, where she worked on the implementation of electronic land auctions, the reform of the lease of state and municipal property, and the operational activities of the state enterprise. Also, with the support of the Kyiv School of Economics, she created and held the position of Head of the Center for Public Finance Analysis of the Kyiv School of Economics (on a non-profit basis), where, in particular, she actively researched the issues of the effectiveness of social spending, social insurance and pension provision.
  • On July 26, 2022, she was appointed First Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine.
