Anatolii Vitaliiovych Komirnyi

Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations, and Digitalization

Born on April 17, 1984, in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

In 2006, he graduated from Kryvyi Rih Technical University with a master's degree in Economic Cybernetics.

From 2011 to 2014, he worked at the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, where he developed and implemented programs for regional development.

Between 2015 and 2018, he held executive positions in the IT sector, working on the development and integration of new payment systems.

From 2021 to 2025, he served as Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations, and Digitalization. Under his leadership, the team worked on the development of over 20 systems, including the largest ones, such as eCherha (eQueue), the DREAM ecosystem, and the seafarers' diploma service on the Diia portal.

On March 14, 2025, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations, and Digitalization.
