The State Service for Children's Affairs invites public and charitable organizations to cooperate in the return of children under occupation

The State Service of Ukraine for Children Affairs invites public associations and charitable organizations to collaborate on implementing the provisions of the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 551 dated May 14, 2024 "On Approval of the Procedure for Identification, Return, Support and Reintegration of Children Deported or Forcibly Displaced as a Result of Armed Aggression by the Russian Federation Against Ukraine" (as amended) and the payment of a 50,000 hryvnia resettlement allowance after children return to Ukraine.

Under this cooperation, a one-year joint activity agreement will be concluded to implement measures for the return of children from occupied territories, according to an individual plan developed by public associations and charitable organizations.

Organizations must meet the following criteria:

  • Not in the process of termination;
  • Have at least five years of activity related to child rights protection and family support specified in their founding documents;
  • Have no violations of budget legislation;
  • Publish open information about their activities and reports on the use of state and/or local budget funds on their website or social media pages.

The deadline for submitting documents is June 29, 2025.
